Internships

Students will be able to pursue internships with a wide range of organizations, giving them the experience to be successful in any number of chosen careers once they leave Brown.  Domestic internship opportunities range from investment banking to non-profit to consulting. COE also organizes international internships in India that are offered to COE concentrators in all three tracks.  Companies across India, from New Delhi to Kolkata to Mumbai, host students in a range of industries spanning the disciplines featured in COE, including high tech and financial services. 

The program provides students with a balance of theory and practice that readies them for success outside the classroom.  Working with faculty advisors and non-faculty business practitioners, students are encouraged to undertake internships that complement and enrich their academic choices.
